3 steps to get vaccinated with us
Step 1: Find our Vaccination Clinic at the event
USA Boxing, USA Curling, USA Judo, USA Fencing, and USA Karate work together to leverage their resources to host community vaccination clinics during local, regional, and nationally sanctioned events.
Step 2: Remember to bring your insurance card with you, if you have one

There is no charge for flu & coronavirus vaccines, however, if you have Medicare or private insurance, bring your insurance card for authorization on eligibility and coverage.
Step 3: Enjoy the show, and get your vaccines all in one place!
NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC AND MEDIA RECORDING
By attending all Coaching You Up events you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites and social media, internal reporting, and all other media in perpetuity.

You understand that your appearance, voice, and name may be used for the purposes of these events including the live-streaming of these events.

You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of purpose or sponsoring of such exhibition, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publications.
